Did you know that visiting a college is termed “demonstrated interest” by schools and is one of the admissions criteria used to determine an applicant’s acceptance? In fact, “demonstrated interest” is one piece of the admissions puzzle that can give a student up to a 40% chance of being admitted over other applicants.

Join us as we head tour the Mid-Atlantic region to visit some of the top schools in the area, including:

•      University of Delaware

•      University of Maryland

•      American University

•      George Washington University

•      University of Virginia

•      James Madison University

•      Duquesne University

•      University of Pittsburgh

•      Gettysburg College

The Mid-Atlantic region is home to some of the top universities in the world. Boasting high statistics in student persistence and success (i.e. retention and graduation rates). In addition to the performance stats, the location is excellent with adventure around every corner to round out your college experience. Hike at Shenandoah National Park, relax in the sand on the Delaware Beaches, visit Civil War Sites or walk the Appalachian Trail. The possibilities are endless when you are surrounded by such incredible sites.

Get ready for some exciting sightseeing opportunities! As we tour through the schools, there will be plenty of chances to experience what this region has to offer, including*:

•      Free time at the National Mall

•      Bowling at Bowlero

•      Gettysburg Ghost Tour

In addition to all of these incredible experiences, A-1 Tours offers an EXCLUSIVE partnership with University Seekers. University Seekers is a college preparatory service led by a local college admissions expert. With their guidance they market your personal profile to your dream schools. They stay in touch with the admissions departments to ensure your application is highlighted, giving you a leg up on the competition.

The college admissions process is a tricky one to navigate. Give yourself the best opportunity to succeed by joining us on our Colleges of the Mid-Atlantic Tour!
