The bus will drop off and park a few blocks from the stadium. The bus will NOT be able to drop off right at the gates so be sure

to wear comfortable shoes.  Once Drop off occurs, the bus will not be accessible until after the game.

***A-1 Tours will make all efforts to operate each tour as originally described. A-1 Tours reserves the right, if need be, to cancel any and/or all components of the trip without prior notification. This includes but is not limited to, tour timing, components, or full cancellation of the tour, if there are not enough paid participants. 

Weather/Rain Policy

No matter what the weather is like at home or at your chosen departure location, our tour will leave as scheduled. Weather in different areas can vary greatly and we will not assume the game will be cancelled untill officially called by Major League Baseball.  If the game you are planning to attend should be postponed prior to the time that the bus is scheduled to make its first pick up, a refund will be issued (minus the cost of the ticket). A-1 Tours will not provide and will not be held liable to provide transprtation to any rescheduled game dates.  Registered clients will travel on their own to the rescheduled game, and utilize the ticket issued to them to obtain their raincheck tickets.

A-1 Tours will not be held responsible for any refunds or exchanges for rain-out tickets

"In the event a regulation game (as defined by MLB) is not played, the ticket will constitute a rain check that can be either: (a) used for admission to the rescheduled Game, if any, subject to certain doubleheader limitations; or (b) exchanged for a ticket comparable in price and location to another, similar Game within 12 months of the originally scheduled Game, subject to availability.

Subject to the foregoing: (a) a rain check for a Premium Game can be exchanged for a ticket comparable in price and location to any other Game (including any Premium Game) within 12 months of the originally scheduled Premium Game; and (b) a rain check for any non-Premium Game can only be exchanged for a ticket comparable in price and location to another non-Premium Game within 12 months of the originally scheduled non-Premium Game."

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed on board the motorcoach. Individual(s) requesting reservations will be responsible for their party/group. All carry-ons will be subject to inspection by the operator at their discretion. Failure to adhere to A-1 Tours' policy may result in forfeiture of transportation (including each member of your party/group).

Yankee Stadium Policies and Procedures

Safety is the No. 1 priority at Yankee Stadium, and the Yankees will take every reasonable step to provide a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone entering the Stadium.  In addition to the presence of security personnel and uniformed police officers throughout the Stadium, the Yankees administer several important security measures in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations and in conjunction with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Highlights of Policy/Procdure

Bag Policy

For security reasons, each Guest is permitted to bring into Yankee Stadium only one MLB-compliant bag - presently defined by Major League Baseball as soft-sided and no larger than 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches - and only one smaller-sized soft-sided personal item (e.g., a handbag, clutch, tote or plastic grocery bag). All hard-sided bags and containers are strictly prohibited. All bags, personal items and their contents will be visually inspected before they are permitted into the Stadium. Bag-size bins will be used at entry inspection points to confirm the size of all bags and personal items, which must fit without assistance, modification or adjustment. There is no storage area for any items. To enable Guests to enter the Stadium in a more timely manner, the Yankees encourage Guests to remain aware of and comply with the bag policy, as well as consider carrying as little as possible. Please note security regulations may be amended at any time

Banners and Signs

Banners and signs are permitted provided they are baseball-related, in good taste, not of a commercial nature and not supported by wood, metal or other materials that could be injurious in a crowded public setting. Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other Guests or Yankee Stadium advertising signage or be affixed to the Stadium in any manner. Banners and signs may be carried through the stands between innings only. Banners and signs may not be displayed in fair territory. Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Yankees.

Bottles and Cans
No cans, thermoses or glass or aluminum bottles are permitted in Yankee Stadium. Exceptions are made for Guests with medical needs and for glass baby bottles at the sole and absolute discretion of the Yankees. Unopened soft-sided single-serve containers of nonalcoholic beverages (e.g., small milk cartons or juice boxes), clear factory-sealed plastic bottles of water 1 liter in size or smaller, and empty plastic sports bottles are permitted.

Cameras and Video Equipment
Single-frame flash photography is permitted as are extended-length zoom lenses provided they do not interfere with the game or event or other Guests' enjoyment of the game or event. Mono/tripods, other professional camera equipment, video cameras and any other equipment designed for the sole purpose of video and/or audio recording are not permitted. Guests are not permitted to transmit and/or stream or aid in transmitting and/or streaming any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information about any games or events. Any Guests attempting to do so face immediate ejection and/or revocation of season tickets and/or future ticket privileges without refund.
