Join A-1 Tours for an unforgettable trip to Washington DC to witness the highly anticipated 2025 Presidential Inauguration from the National Mall.

 

The president-elect of the United States is inaugurated between 73 and 79 days after the election, taking the presidential oath of office at the iconic Capitol Building in front of thousands of spectators.

 

Presidential Inaugurations are historic events, meticulously planned and executed with the highest precision. The next Presidential Inauguration is set for January 20, 2025, and is expected to draw large crowds to Washington DC. Who wouldn’t want to be part of this momentous occasion?!

 

Day 1: We will depart from New Jersey late morning on Sunday, January 19, 2025, heading to Baltimore, MD. The afternoon will be spent exploring Baltimore’s beautiful Inner Harbor, with opportunities to visit local attractions. This will be followed by a harbor dinner. After dinner, we will check into our hotel and likely settle in for an early night, as we have an early departure the next morning.

 

Day 2: We will depart early with a boxed breakfast, heading towards DC and the National Mall for the main event. A professional guide will join us during our drive to DC, providing insights about Washington DC as the center of power. We will learn about the functions of Congress, the executive branch, and the Supreme Court, as well as the process of the Presidential Inauguration and what to expect for the day ahead.

Guests will follow the event on screen from the National Mall, experiencing the buzz of celebration. After the event concludes, we will walk back to the bus and head for lunch before making our way back home.

 

Important Information:

• This tour requires a significant amount of walking, so all participants must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.

• Expect long periods of waiting in line.

• All guests must pass through a security check—no bags are allowed.

• The general public will watch the inauguration on screens at the National Mall. Viewing from the Capitol grounds is not possible. A limited number of free tickets for Capitol grounds access are available, but A-1 Tours does not provide these.

Exact departure times TBA. Return in the late afternoon the following day based on traffic.
