This family-friendly celebration is a total bucketlist event as you get a chance to view the parade & floats from 6th avenue. Buffet breakfast and open cocktail bar is available inside the restaurant throughout the Thankgiving Day Parade Viewing Party event. To start the Thanksgiving trip, you will join us at your desired pick-up point in (Yardley or Princeton). It will be an early start, but well worth it ... we promise! You will transfer to New York City in a luxury sprinter or mini coach driven by one of our professional drivers. A dedicated A-1 staff member will escort you to and from the venue.

 

We will bring you an exclusive, yet fully family-friendly event experience at Mastro’s Steakhouse, the premier venue on 6th Avenue – right where the parade passes!

 

This is where your Thankgiving Day Parade Viewing Party will enjoy a delightful buffet breakfast with both hot and cold items. Later, lunch items will be added – you will not go hungry or thirsty for that matter. To get into the holiday mood, unlimited brunch cocktails will be served throughout the event along with coffee, tea, and a selection of juices.

 

Thanksgiving is for family, friends and those you consider to be – blurred lines are totally fine in the name of holiday festivities! This Thanksgiving trip offers great entertainment for all ages. Aside from extraordinary access to the views of the Thanksgiving Parade, you will enjoy face painters, magicians, and unforgettable performances by the famous Honey Tap Dancers.

 

The Thanksgiving Parade takes off from Upper Westside at 8:30 am. The TV broadcast will be aired inside the restaurant; guests are welcome to enjoy the activities inside the restaurant but can at any time step outside and see the parade and the amazing floats in person as it passes down 6th Avenue. (There is no view of the parade from inside the restaurant). Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa can be consumed outside to keep you warm and cozy. You can go in and out as many times as you wish!

 

After the Thankgiving Day Parade Viewing Party ends, you will be escorted back to the waiting vehicle and transferred in style back to your selected drop-off point. You will be back home with plenty of time to enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving dinner!

Approximate schedule:

4:45 am Departure from Yardley Park & Ride

5:10 am Departure from Princeton Junction

6:30 am Approx. arrival in Manhattan (exact drop-off point TBA)

7:00 am Venue opens (pre-buffet coffee, tea and pastries )

7:30 am Start of official event

 

Ongoing entertainment (tap dancers, face painters, magicians etc. Full access to buffet and brunch cocktail bar.

 

8:30 am Official Thanksgiving parade starts

8:50 am Approx. Parade nearing Mastro’s

10:20 am Approx. Parade passed Mastro’s

10:30 am Selection of lunch items gets served

11:15 am End of event – walk back to board the vheicle

11:45 am Departure from Manhattan 1:45 pm Final drop-off

Earliest pick up: 4:45 am

Latest drop off: 1:30 pm

 

All timings are approximate. Based on traffic on the day of travel. Please note that tour pick-ups and drop-offs can be customized at additional cost.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• There is no views of the Parade from inside the restaurant. To see the floats and the people in the parade you will need to step outside.

 

• Due to the actual parade, there will be road closures in NYC on the day. The van will drop off and pick up as close as possible to the 6th Ave venue. However, guests should be prepared for a little bit of walking.

 

• Tours are subject to availability until you have received firm confirmation from your A1 Tours Travel Planner.

Guests should expect some walking getting between drop off point in Manhattan and the venue.
