This two day Washington DC student tour will allow students and parents to get a feel for the various campuses. We also add some touring of the National Mall and some of DC's hidden gems to the mix to maximize your DC visit!

The college admissions process is a tricky one to navigate. Give yourself the best opportunity to succeed by joining us on this two-day trip to Virginia & Washington DC, where we’ll visit the campus of American University as well as George Mason or George Washington University.

Day 1:

We will depart in the morning for a two-day stay in Washington, D.C. As we approach the capital, each guest will receive a lunch box to enjoy. Our first stop will be American University, situated in a picturesque residential area of Washington, D.C. American University boasts eight prestigious schools and colleges, offering over 170 programs, including bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Guests will participate in an information session and a campus tour to experience life on campus and in D.C.

 

In the afternoon, we will explore the inner areas of Washington, D.C., including the National Mall and its monuments. Additionally, we will visit some lesser-known residential areas to provide insight into life in our capital city. The tour will conclude with dinner before we return to the hotel.

 

Day 2:

After breakfast, we'll will visit George Washington University.

 

George Washington University: Established in the early 1820s by the U.S. Congress, this research university offers degree programs in over 70 disciplines. The visit includes an information session on offerings and admissions, followed by a campus tour.

 

Upon conclusion of the campus visit you will get a chance to visit any of the Smithsonian Institution of your choice or take walk in the up and coming wharf area filled with restaurants before we board the coach for return transfer.
